Basket Raffle – Michele Richards has volunteered to coordinate this years raffle baskets and will be coordinating with MRHS Music Foundation for items.

Tickets – Cindy Haller will be handling ticket responsibilities,i.e., ordering, collecting each night, etc.

Publicity – Janet Gilbert will be handling publicity this year.

Showcase – Cindy Fedor will once again be taking pictures of cast members, crew, etc. and displaying pictures in the case showcasing our talented kids.

Backstage – Bonnie Belsinger will be coordinating volunteers for all productions.

Cast Party – Mary Ann Eikenberg will be handling all 3 cast parties, collecting monies, purchasing food, etc.

Errands – Sally needs someone who can assist with running errands when needed.  If you know of anyone who could help with this position please have them contact Sally Livingston or Mollie Shea.

Spiritwear – Kim Farrell will be coordinating spiritwear purchases, displays in the lobby, etc.

Treasure – Lisa Harvey will be the MRHS Drama Boosters treasurer this year.

Programs – Michele Richards will handle the program for each show.

Tickets – It was first agreed tickets would sell at the same price as last year but Sally’s discussions with Mr. E., they agreed tickets will be sold at 1 rate, $10.00 even during lunch.  The Parent Pass will remain the same as last year.

Stage Manager – still in need of one buy Maggie ____(?) will be responsible for the Fall play.

The Jukebox cast list will be posted by Wednesday, 9/8/10 in the evening.  Callbacks for The Real Inspector Hound AND Jukebox Solo auditions will be held on Friday, 9/10/10 from 2:30 – 6:30 pm.

September 13, 2010 – Kids will be notified if they have been selected.      There will be a mandatory meeting for ALL PARTICIPANTS in the Fall productions @ 2:30 pm at this meeting information on forms, pictures, bios and scripts will be distributed.

All kids cast and band members involved with Jukebox will be required to pay a $25.00 costume fee, this is needed to help defray production costs.  In addition kids will be asked for a $50.00 patron donation, this could work out to a child getting 10 $5.00 patron donations from their family, their neighbors or even their teachers.

All kids will be told what they will need to have/bring for the show, i.e., shoes, bootie shorts, make-up but Sally may be able to assist with possible stores from where to purchase make-up.

There was discussion involved with when to have the cast parties, i.e., should the party be on Sunday after the matinee’s for both The Real Inspector Hound and Guys and Dolls or maybe having the cast party the following week?

It was agreed the cast party for Jukebox will be on Saturday night after the show.  Kim Farrell has graciously agreed to host this year’s Jukebox cast party and since there is no matinee it is reasonable to have it on a Saturday night.  But MRHS Drama Boosters is seeking suggestions and/or idea’s on other possibilities, please think about it and let us know.

Please check the MRHS Drama Booster’s web site often for updates and information.  The Technical Week Jukebox Rehearsals and the Technical Week for The Real Inspector Hound are posted as well as the dates for the Spring Musical, Guys and Dolls.   All kids who have been cast will be posted on the web a site as well.
